I was a little bit sceptical about this new craze I've been hearing about they are calling it the "DUKAN DIET"
I've never dieted before as I eat healthy and went to the gym
but things changed
I gave up smoking put on a few pounds but carried on going to the gym as usual
next thing I noticed I was probably drinking more wine and snacked more
Then 2 years ago I had a car crash and hurt my back
so with the copious amounts of medication and steroid injections I gained a few more pounds
eventualy I started back working out 5 times a week at the gym ive managed maintain my weight loosing a few pounds every now and again
So here I am about to start the Ducan Diet as reviews tell me it realy works
