STILL DUKAN-ING ! 2 YEARS ON

2 YEARS ON!

WE ARE STILL DUKANING  YES STILLL HAVING  OUR  PROTEIN DAY

HAVE WE PUT  ON WEIGHT  SINCE THE DIET ENDED ?

the  true  answer  yes ! but only a few 1LBS me more than Chris as  im still struggling with medication and  still have the  ongoing  problem with  back pain




SO HOW DO YOU GET ON WITH LIFE AFTER COMPLETING THE DUKAN DIET?

To say the least its a bit weird because to eat what you like when you like  is  not in your brain any more so  even though your  are allowed food yo  tend to stay  away  and  if you  do indulge you feel a bit guilty!


so we eat less  food in general
we drink a few glasses of wine at the weekend indulge in a a cream cake or 3
but with out fail we always have a  pp day once a week and it works be  it a  little dull sometimes
but affect  times of special occasions  birthdays  christmas im kinda crying  out for a pp day
this easter I did 2 pp days just for a quick detox
no need t o go the  full course  as Dr Dukan says  it just a  quick reminder to your body

as for  exercise  iv e never been able to do much due to my  back but  i will always
tell you  what  i recommend  either  in a way that  im doing  it or   let you  know

so yoga and pilate s are my flavour of the month
so  im recommending this  10 min solutions

still  loving and  recommending the Dukan Diet for all as  it is a diet that  truly  works beyond the hype
