DUKAN CRUISE DAY 39 DUKAN DIET DAY 49

SEVEN DUKAN WEEKS WE  HAVE BEEN DUKANING  AND  I MUST  SAY  IT  REALY  WORKS
WE  HAVE BOTH  LOST  QUIT A FEW  LBS AND  INCHES
AND  IVE GONE FORM A SIZE 12  TO A 10  IN NO TIME
ALTHOUGH  WE  NOW  CANT WAIT TO GET TO THE  NEXT  CONSOLIDATION STAGE  SO WE  CAN  HAVE  BREAD ECT
BUT  I DO THING  WE  HAVE BOTH  SHOWED THAT WITH A BIT  OF WILLPOWER  ANYTHING  IS ACHIEVABLE
AND  NOW  WE  ARE GOING TO UP THE  EXERCISES
MY  BACK HAS  HAS STARTED TO HURT  LESS  WHICH  MEANS  I NOW  NEEW TO STEP UP MORE EXERCISE
AND  START  TONING  THE  BODY  TO  GET  IT  THE  TO THE  SHAPE  I WANT
CHRIS  HAS BEEN HORSE RIDING  SO THATS A GRREAT WORKOUT  
SO THIS WEEK COMING  I SHALL BE STARTING BACK THE  WII FIT  GAMES  AND  ALSO ADDED MORE  WEIGHT TRAINING
 THEN  CHANGE  IT AROUND  TO ANOTHER  STYLE  , BECAUSE  I LOVE TO DO NEW EXERCISES  TO STOP THE MONOTONY AND  KEEPS YOU  BODY FORM BEING  LAZY
