DUKAN DIET DAY 4 ATTACK

 ITS  DAY 4  OF THE ATTACK PHASE


 FEELING OK !


I DONT FEEL AS HUNGRY AS I THOUGHT  I WOULD AND  ONLY A SLIGHT CONSTIPATION AND NO SIGN OF BAD BREATH ( thank god )


TODAY I HAD TO GO TO HOSPITAL FOR ANOTHER MRI SCAN THAT WAS TOUGH GOING AS  I WAS HUNGRY AND VERY DEHYDRATED AFTERWARDS
SO NO WII FIT EXERCISING TODAY.
IVE ALSO FOUND  MYSELF  COOKING THATS GOOD FOR ME AS  CHRIS  NORMALLY COOKS EVERYTHING,HE IS STILL COOKING THE MAINS BECAUSE HE'S THE CHEF BUT IM THE  BAKER SO IM DOING DESERTS
IM ACTUALLY ENJOYING THE  CHALLENGE YOU JUST NEED TO BE ORGANISED
AND TO BE HONEST IVE NOT MISSED THE RED WINE !  ..yet.  but BUT CHRIS WOULD LIKE  ONE
