DAY 10 LAST DUKAN ATTACK DAY

WELL TODAYS THE  LAST DAY  OF ATTACK PHASE KIND OF A SHAME  REALY AS  I WAS  JUST ENJOYING THE  FACT, 
BUT LOOKING FORWARD TO THE  NEXT STAGE AND  BEING ABLE  TO ALTERNATE DAYS OF  PROTEIN  WITH DAYS  OF  VEG/ PROTEIN 


IM STILL EXERCISING  BECAUSE  I BELIEVE THAT YOU NEED TO DIET AND EXERCISE  TO ACHIVE  THE  RIGHT RESULTS   BUT  AS  IVE SAID  BEFORE  IVE  NOT  GONE TO MY NORMAL GYM , IVE   DECIDED TO COMBINE THIS  DUKAN DIET WITH A NINTENDO WII
SO ITS EASY FOR OTHER DUKANERS  TO TRY, THIS IS WHY  IM SHOWING  WHAT  NINTENDO WII FITNESS GAMES IM USING  VIA  MY  NINTENDO WII FIT  REVEIW SITE HAVE A LOOK AND YOU  CAN SEE THE  GAMES VIDEOS AND  PURCHASE ONES YOU  LIKE  HERE !


LETS  COMPARE  TWO RESULTS OF 9 DAYS OF ATTACK 


 DEBS IM FEELING  REALY ENERGETIC AND MY WEIGH IN RESULTS ARE SHOWING  GOOD  RESULTS  TOO ,
BUT  CHRIS  HAS HAD AN UNEXPLAINED WEIGHT GAIN AND  HAS  ALSO  FELT  THE  EFFECTS  OF JUST THE  PURE  PROTEIN DIET AND  THIS  LENGTH AND  FEELS  LETHARGIC AND  HEADACHE
TOMORROW WILL BE THE  LAST  WEIGH IN FOLLOWING THE  ATTACK PHASE AS TODAY IS DAY 10  TOMORROW S WEIGH IN  IS AFTER THE  10 DAYS !


ALSO BEEN WALKING  WITH  CHRIS  IN THE EVENING  YESTERDAY IT  WAS RAINING  LOTS,  BUT  WE  PUT  OUR  WATERPROOF ON AND  STILL WENT  OUT DESPITE THE  RAIN AND WIND  NO PAIN NO GAIN !

DEBRA =  10ST 8 LB  EQUALS  2 LB LOST  DAY 9         TOTAL  = 8 1/2 lbs

CHRIS  =   13ST  4 LB  EQUALS   + 2LB LOST ! DAY  9           TOTAL =  -8 lbs

 TTHE  SARDINES TOOK AGES TO GUT AND CLEAN WHEN COOKED THEY WERE FULL OF  BONES SO WE COULDN'T  EAT THEM  
 THE  PUDDING  WAS  OVER COOKED WAS  IN EDIBLE 
SO WE  HAD  A YOGURT  AND  SOME  PROCESSED HAM AND BEEF

 FINDING THE  TWININGS  MINT TEA SELECTIONS  GREAT FOR AFTER THE  MAIN MEAL
