DUKAN CRUISE DAY 1= DUKAN DIET DAY 11

WELL HERE WE ARE  ON DAY 1 OF THE DUKAN CRUISE
LAST NIGHT WAS AWFUL,CHRIS SPENT AGES GUTTING AND PREPARING THE  FRESH SARDINES AND THEY TOOK ALONG TIME TO COOK
WE WERE  REALY  HUNGRY BY NOW !
PLATED UP,THEY LOOKED NICE SO WE TRIED TO DIG IN BUT DISASTER STRUCK TOO MANY  FINE BONES WERE LEFT AFTER THE MAIN ONES HAD GONE
SO EACH MOUTHFUL FELTLIKE IT WAS COVERD IN TINY HAIRS
SO WE BINNED THEM,
THEN OUT CAME THE  PUDDING THE DUKAN CUSTARDS I HAD  FOLLOWED THE  RECIPE TO THE LETTER  BUT THEY WERE OVER COOKED AND TASTED LIKE  RUBBER SO THAT WENT IN THE BIN ASWELL
IT WAS NOW JUST PAST 8PM  VERY HUNGRY ....
WE HAD TO MAKE A DASH TO A SUPERMARKET AND GET SOME PROCESSED BEEF AND HAM AND YOGURT TO FILL OURSELVES UP
WE DONT NORMALLY EAT THIS TYPE OF MEAT BUT IT FILLED THE GAP

OBVIOUSLY CHRIS WASNT HAPPY BECAUSE HE HAD ALSO PUT ON 2LBS AND  COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY

BY THE TIME WE DROVE TO A SUPERMARKET THAT WAS  OPEN AND  CAME  HOME AND EATEN WHAT WE BOUGHT IT WAS LATE!
YES YOU  GUESSED IT TOO LATE TO DO OUR  WALK
SO ANOTHER FAILURE

TODAY  IS  CRUISE DAY ! HURRAH ! MORE  OAT BRAN  SALADS AND  VEG
IM HAPPY

BUT THE  WEIGH IN  IVE PUT A 1LB ON THIS MORNING  BOOOO  THAT WILL BE THE AWFUL MEAT I ATE LAST NIGHT


TODAYS WEIGH IN

DEBRA =  10ST 9 LB  EQUALS  +1 LB DAY 10        TOTAL  = 8 1/2 lbs

CHRIS  =   13ST  4 LB  EQUALS   - 1LB LOST ! DAY  10           TOTAL =  -8 lbs
