DUKAN CRUISE DAY 2 DUKAN DIET DAY 12

ITS  DUKAN CRUISE DAY 2   PROTEIN DAY  THATS  DAY  12  IN TOTAL ON THE  DUKAN DIET 
IM FEELING  VERY  GOOD AND  HAVE JUST STARTED TO NOTICE  I LOOK A  LITTLE  THINNER  NOT  MUCH  BUT  HEY  IVE GOT A LONG WAY TO
LAST  NIGHT  WE ENJOYED  OUR  PROTEIN VEGETABLE  DAY  WE  HAD  BEAUTIFUL STEAMED  GREEN BEANS  AND GARLIC  MUSHROOMS. 
WE WALKED THE  EXTRA 10 MINS  BUT FINDING  NEW  PLACES TO WALK IS HARD ,NEIGHBOURS MUST THINK WE ARE MAD !  IM WERING  MY NEON PINK WATERPROOF PARKA AND  CHRIS  IN HIS  WATERPROOF  LIKE SOME SORT  OF  TRAINSPOTTERS LOL
WE DO PASS SOME  OTHER WALKERS AND WONDER ARE YOU ON THE  DIET ?
IM LOOKING  FOWARD TO  BUYING  NEW CLOTHES  HOPE FULLY  A SIZE SMALLER  OR  EVEN JUST LOOK BETTER IN THE  SIZE  I AM WILL BE A START 
SHALL BE PUTTING SOME CLOTHES  UP ON EBAY SOON 
NOT SURE  IF WE  WILL HAVE TIME TO DO THE WALK TONIGHT AS WE  HAVE A MEETING TO GO TO A 7.30 PM, SO DEPENDING  WHAT TIME WE GET  BACK FROM THE CITY WE MAY  HAVE TO  MAKE IT  UP TOMORROW  IF NEED BE.

IVE BEEN COOKING TODAY  AS  I WORK FROM HOME MOST DAYS  I SHOULD  OF BEEN WORKING  BUT HEY IM ALLOWED    A CAKE  DOUBLE LAYER  CHOCLATE WITH  CREME FRAISHE  VERY  FAT  FEE !
STILL LOOSING WEIGHT

CHRIS  =   13ST  3 LB  EQUALS   - 2LB LOST ! DAY  11           TOTAL =  -11 lbs
