DUKAN CRUISE DAY 3 DUKAN DIET DAY 13

DAY 3 OF CRUISE PHASE AND DAY 13  IN TOTAL 
IM DUKAN LOVING THIS  DIET! 
WELL AS WE  PREDICTED WE  DIDNT GET TO WALK LAST NIGHT AS IT WAS PAST 9.30PM WHEN WE GOT BACK HOME,MAKE UP FOR IT  ON THE WEEKEND .
 I CANT BELIEVE WE'VE NOT BEEN HUNGRY ON THIS DIET AND  ITS  WORKING  BECAUSE WE  HAVE BEEN  LOOSING WEIGHT FAIRLY CONSTANTLY. 


ALSO  WE  WANT  TO WISH  "GOOD LUCK TO RACHEL"  OUR  DEAR FRIEND  WHO WILL  BE STARTING THE DIET ON MONDAY !

I MADE TWICE THE  AMOUNT, ADDED REDUCE FAT COCOA AND A FLAVOUR OF CHOICE, SPLIT IT IN TO TWO SILICONE BAKING TINS  GAS MAR 4  FOR 30  MINS. 
WHEN COOLED FILLED WITH WISKED LOW FAT CREME FRAICHE FLAVOURD WITH VANILLA AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF GELATINE 
DELICIOUS  FOR ANYONE
IM CERTAINLY GOING TO KEEP THIS  IN MY  RECIPE BOOK
