ITS ALL STILL GOOD ! DUKAN CRUISE DAY 4 DUKAN DIET DAY 14

WELL ITS THE WEEKEND  BEEN AT IT FOR 2 WEEKS NOW  AND IVE NOT GOT  BORED  ITS MORE  OF A  CHALLENGE  AND  I HAVE MY  EYE  ON THE GOAL I WANT  SO IM MOTIVATED NOTHING IKE MOTIVATION TO KEEP YOU GOING
WHAT  ID  LOVE IS  A  REALY NICE GLASS OF RED WINE   I DO MISS THE WINE  BUT  IM SURE  IT WILL BE WORTH THE WAIT
I PUT  A SHIRT ON TODAY WHERE THE  ARMS WERE A BIT TIGHT BUT  NOW ARE LOOSE SO THE  OVER ALL EFFECT IS  WORKING
STILL LOOSING WEIGHT  CONSISTENTLY  AND TONING AS  I GO ALONG  BUILDING  MUCLES WHICH  WEIGH A LITTLE  MORE THAN  FAT BUT THE  MUSCLES WORK TO  LOOSE THE  FAT  SO  IT WORKS  ALL AROUND




 I NORMALLY  HAVE THE WEEKEND  OFF FROM EXERCISE  BUT CHRIS  HAS GONE TO HAVE HAVE  TATTOO FOR A FEW HOURS, SO FOR  BIT OF A CHANGE  IN EXERCISE  I DECIDED  WITH BOXERCISING ON THE WII FIT  AND ZUMBA  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DANCING ITS A GREAT PICK ME UP AND  I ALWAYS FEEL THE  NEEED TO DANCE

TODAY IS A PURE PROTEIN DAY SO STEAK AND PRAWNS  LATER  YUMMY !

CHRIS  =  12.13LB  EQUALS   - 3LB LOST   DAY  13           TOTAL =  -11 lbs
