DUKAN CRUISE DAY 5 = PV DAY DUKAN DIET DAY 15

ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS  SO FAR  ON THE  DUKAN DIET, I STILL THINK ITS WORKING EVEN WITH A FEW FLUCTUATIONS IN LBS  EVERY NOW AGAIN THE OVER ALL EFFECT  IS  GOOD !

 SO A  LITTLE  MORE EXPENSIVE IN FOOD COSTS AS YOU ARE EATING  MORE MEAT AND FISH AND WE ALSO EAT FREE RANGE FOOD OR HEALTHY WELFARE FOODS
DU TO US  SUPPORTING COMPASSION IN WORLD FARMING SO WE  DONT  BUY  BUGET BUYS , BUT  ON THE  PLUS SIDE WE ARE  NO BUYING WINE ECT  SO  IT EQUALS ITS SELF OUT 
ALSO TRIPS TO A SUPERMARKET FOR THE QUARK ECT IS ALSO ADDED BUT ALOT  OF THINGS CAN BE ORDERD ON LINE TO SAVE TIME  

GENERALLY  HEALTH IS IMPROVING AS THE  MORE WEIGHT YOU  LOOSE THE  BETTER YOU FEEL AND HAVE MORE ENERGY WE ARE ALSO TAKING VITAMNS AS A PRECAUTION 
HAVING AN ALLERGY TO EGGS  MYSELF  I CANNOT JUST EAT EGGS  ON THERE  OWN BUT I CAN STOMACH THEM IN A CAKE  ECT  BUT NOT IN MAYO ECT 
SO IM LIMITED TO FISH AND MEAT 
WEIGH IN A FIRST FOR ME TO PUT A FEW LBS ON NOT SURE WHY AS  IVE NOT  DONE ANY THING DIFFERENT  APPART FROM ADDED EXERCISE ,CHRIS  HAS HAD A  ZERO WEIGHT CHANGE
 

SO WE  HAVE ACCESS TO  FRESH TOMATOES AND  VEG MOST OF THE  YEAR   THE  ONLY THING  IS  WEVE  JUST  HARVESTED  SACK LOADS  OF  POTATOES  WHICH ARE  NOW  STORING  IN THE  GARAGE
WE  ALSO  WENT  FOR A  LONG  WALK ALONG THE  RIVER TO THE  LAKE  BY  THE  ALLOTMENTS TO DAY WHICH WAS NICE BUT WINDY
