WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND WE HAD BEEN DOWN THE ALLOTMENT COLLECTED  TOMATOES WENT WALKING BY THE RIVER AND AROUND THE LAKE NICE TO GO WALKING ALTHOUGH TONIGH  IS  GOING TO BE  VERY  WINDY  WE  MAY  BE WALKING AGAINS T THE  WIND  OR  BEING  BLOWN FORWARD WHO KNOWS 
HAD A NICE SUNDAY DINNER ROSTED  WITH  VEG  THAT  PV DAY  FELL HANDILY ON A  SUNDAY 


 WE ALSO HAD TO GO SHOPPING AND PLAN THIS WEEKS MENU


BACK ON THE EXERCISE PLAN THIS WEEK SO GOING TO TRY HARDER
TODAY IS  THE FIRST  DAY I DIDNT HAVE TO LIE ON THE BED TO PUT MY FRESHLY WASHED JEANS ON WRIGGLING  AND BREATHING IN    "HURRAH !"
THATS A  GREAT FEELING   ALL I NEED NOW IS FOR THEM TO BE TOO LOOSE AND  IM AWAY  THIS  DUKAN DIETING  LARK  IS WORKING  BUT IT NEEDS  PLANNING SO YOU  HAVE EVERY THING  YOU  NEED TO AVOID THE  PIT FALL 
I COULD  MURDER A BAR  OF  CHOCOLATE  OR  A  REALY  NICE  CHOCOLATE  CHIP COOKIE  BUT  IVE GOT TO TRY  NOT TO THINK ABOUT THE   DELICIOUS TASTES  SO DUKAN  PUDDING  IT IS  TO TREAT MYSELF
