DUKAN CRUISE DAY 15 DUKAN DIET DAY 25

WELL HERE WE ARE AGAIN
YESTERDAY WAS CHRIS'S BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS ALSO A FIRST NOT TO GO OUT FOR A LARGE SLAP UP MEAL , INSTEAD WE WENT TO THE THEATRE WHICH WE ENJOYED VERY MUCH , IT WAS QUITE A BUSY DAY AND WE DID PLENT OF WALKING  MY SELF  IN 4 INCH HEELS  OVER COBBLED STREET  IT WAS ALMOST A MARATHON, THE BALL OF MY  FEET STILL HURT

TODAY IS A PROTEIN VEG DAY SO WE  CAN ENJOY ONCE AGAIN SOME PRODUCE FROM THE ALLOTMENT  SO HAPPY DAYS  ITS EXTREMELY  WINDY TODAY SO THE EVENING  WALK SHOUD BE TOUGH  ESPECIALLY WITH  MY FEET STILL ACHING  BUT  WE  STILL GOING TO DO IT  ALSO PERSUED THE WII FIT
