DUKAN CRUISE DAY 16 DUKAN DIET DAY 26

 ISNT  IT  COLD ? OR IS THAT BECAUSE THERE IS LESS OF ME TO KEEP ME WARM !
LASRT NIGHT  WE WALKED AN EXTRA 10 MINS  FOR CHRIS  BECAUSE  HE HAD  PUT ON A 1LB  BUT  WEVE PUT THAT DOWN TO THE  TIME  OF THE  DAY  NOT HIS NORMAL WEIGH  IN TIME 
WELL AFTER THAT  GUESS WHAT  YEP I GO AND  PUT  40Z  ON I THINK IT MAY  HAVE BEEN THE  BEEF AND  HAM LATE LAST NIGHT AS A SCOOB 
THIS MORNING  IVE HAD SUCH  A "one of those days !"    THE  KIND  OF  ONES THAT  YOU NOT ENOUGH TIME TO DO WORK YET  YOUVE ACHIEVED NOTHING  AFTER ALL THAT EFFORT
SO IM GOING TO TAKE  SOME TIME  OUT TO MAKE SOME DUKAN CHOCOLATE MUFFINS  WITH A DUKAN CHOCOLATE  SAUCE


ALSO SLIPPED IN  HALF AN HOUR  OF YOGA TODAY 
ITS AMSING  HOW  GOOD  IT  FEELS AGAIN TO BE FLEXIBLE  
IM NOT AS GOOD AS  I USED TO BE  BUT  I WILL SOON GET BACK TO IT  
I CAN ONLY  STAND  ON MY  HEAD  FOR A  VERY  LIMITED TIME
