DUKAN CRUISE DAY 17 DUKANDIET DAY 27

LAST NIGHT WAS A WALK AND A HALF  
WE HAVE NOW SPED UP OUR  WALK , WE ARE WALKING FURTHER  EACH NIGHT, YET FOR THE  SAME AMOUNT  OF  TIME =  FITTER WE  GET  THE  FASTER WE GO !
 THE WEEKEND HAS COME UPON US AGAIN
SO A POSSIBLE LIE  IN AND A COSEY UP ON THE SOFA TIME WATCHING  FILMS   THEN WALKS !
 ' chris  has had a spate of loose a 1lb & gain a 1lb for about 6 days  no idea  why ?"
