DUKCAN CRUISE DAY 18 DUKAN DIET DAY 28

WELL HERE IT IS WE HAVE MANGED 28 DAYS EXACTLY 4 WEEKS AND TO MARK THE OCCASION IVE WOKEN UP WITH A SORE THROAT
NOT FEELING TOO GOOD, SO WHAT DO I DO? I GET UP AND EXERCISE  YEP !
A BIT OF LIGHT EXERCISE  HURTS NO ONE, BOXERCISE THEN A LITTLE YOGA
FELT BETTER FOR IT ,THEN A LONG HOT SOAK IN A SPARKLY LUSH BATH WAS JUST WHAT THE DR ORDERD NOw I SPRINKLE GLITTER WHERE I GO THATS THE WAY TO SPARKLE

CHRIS WENT TO HAVE HIS TATOO ON HIS ARM
 A FOUR HOUR SLOT !
VERY  BRAVE  I WOULD  SAY, BUT HIS  X NAVY  TATS ARE A BIT NAFF SO HE NEEDS COVER UPS
BUT AT THE  LEAST THE COVER UPS ARE WICKED
AND THE TATOO ARTIST  SHES A REALY GOOD ARTIST.
 BUT I WOULDN'T HAVE ONE MY SELF BECAUSE  I THINK I WOULD GET  BORED WITH IT

REVIEW AFTER 4 WEEKS  ON THIS DUKAN DIET  I HAVE FELT LIKE  IM ALMOST BACK TO MY OLD SELF  FEELING FITTER AND  SLIMMER
I HAVE MORE ENERGY AND  MY CLOTHES LOOK BETTER  LOST 2  INCHES OF MY  WAIST  BUT I WLL NEVER BE  SKINNY !
 I WILL ALWAYS HAVE MUSCLES IN LEGS AND ARMS AND A BOTTOM THE  SIZE  OF AFRICA
