SO I EXPECT IT TO BE A LONG STAY LOSS WITH  NO REBOUND AND WITH THE  COMBINED EXERCISE TONING IS THE ONE THING THAT SHAPES YOUR  BODY.

BACK TO WALKING TONIGHT AFTER MY WEEKEND OF ILLNESS  IM FEELING  BETTER AFTER BEING A LITTLE SOFA BOUND !
MY JEANS ARE FEELING LOOSE AND I CAN SLIP THEM ON AND OFF WITH OUT UNDOING THEM  AND THE  BELT HAS BEEN TIGHTENED A FEW MORE NOTCHES
NOT READY TO BUY MORE CLOTHES YET BUT IM LOOKING FORWARD TO A MASSIVE SPLASH OUT BUT I CAN BUY HAND BAGS, AND  BOOTS SHOES THOUGH !
