DUKAN CRUISE DAY 33 DUKAN DIET DAY 43

DUKAN SUNDAY ! ITS BEEN 5 DAYS SINCE MY  OPERATION  BORED NOW  OF BEING AT HOME DOING NOTHING
 CHRIS CAME  HOME AND  GAVE ME LOADS OF FLOWERS YESTERDAY  LILIES MY  FAVOURITE
 THATS ONE THING VERY SPECIAL HE ALWAYS MAKES SURE  I HAVE  FRE SH FLOWERS  ALL THE TIME  HE KNOWS HOW MUCH I LOVE THEM
MY THEORY  IS  TO HAVE ALL MY  FLOWERS WHILE  IM ALIVE NOT WHEN IM DEAD

THE PAIN HAS EASED A LOT NOW  IN MY  BACK
SO  BEFORE LUNCH  I WENT  OUT FOR A WALK  IT S THE FIRST TIME  IVE BEEN OUT SINCE MY  OP  AND IT WAS GOOD TO GET SOME   FRESH AIR
SO A SLOW  STROLL NOT A POWER WALK FOR 30 MINS
DID THE TRICK
A BIT JADED WHEN I GOT BACK BUT  IT DID ME  GOOD
AS FOR THE FITNESS NEXT WEEK I WILL START  WITH A BIT  OF YOGA EVERY DAY
SO I CAN EASE MY SELF IN TO  MY FITNESS REGIME AGAIN
 I LOVE TO BE  REALY FLEXIBLE
CANT  WAIT TO WEIGH MYSELF TOMORROW
IM WONDERING WEATHER THE  STEROIDS HAVE  GIVEN ME  A  ANOTHER GIFT  OF WEIGHT OR NOT
BUT MY  CLOTHES  FEEL OK
SO  IT WILL BE A YEH OR NEY  TOMORROW
ONE THING  I DO KNOW  IS  I WILL BE SORTING  OUT MY  WARDROBE
AND SEEING WHAT  IS TOO BIG FOR ME AND  WHAT IS STILL TOO FAR AWAY TO THINK ABOUT WEARING LOL
