DUKAN CRUISE DAY 47 DUKAN DIET DAY 57

FINALY  PEOPLE  HAVE STARTED TO SAY HOW WELL WE  LOOK 
CLOTHES THAT WERE TOO TIGHT ARE  NOW TOO LOOSE  
ITS A GREAT FEELING  YOU  KEEP LOOKING AT YOUR  SELF  AND  SAYING  YEP ITS WORKING 
THIS WEEK  IM GOING TO HAVE GET SOME  NEW  JEANS AND JEGGINGS  AND  ALSO A  NEW JUST FOR WALKING  COAT ONE THATS WATERPROOF FOR THE  WINTER DAYS 

CANT  WAIT TO HAVE SOME  MORE  PORRIDGE THAT WE ARE ALLOWED AT THE  MOMENT AND  TO HAVE ORDINARY  QUAKER  OATS WOULD BE  GOOD 
ANY  HOW  IF ANY  BODY  ASK ME  ID CERTAINLY  RECOMMEND THIS  DIET   IS  QUICK AND  SUCCESSFUL  OBVIOUSLY  YOU  STIL HAVE TO HAVE THE  RIGHT  FRAME  OF  MIND  FOR IT  TO WORK  YOU  HAVE TO  PLAN  AND  BE  DEDICATED ENOUGH TO STICK TO  IT 
 YO YO  DIETING  DOES  NOT  WORK !!
 THIS  IS MY  FIRST DIET  IVE  EVER  DONE  AND  THROUGH A CHAIN OF EVENTS  I PUT WEIGHT ON  TO START I USED TO WORK OUT  AT THE  GYM  EVERY DAY  BUT  I SMOKED AND  HAD  A GLASS  OF RED WINE A FEW TIMES A WEEK  I HAD A STOMACH HERNIA  FROM A  PULLED  MUSCLE  ABOVE MY  NAVEL AND  IT GOT  STRANGLED  SO  I HAD TO HAVE AN OP TO SEW IT  BACK 
I COULD  HARDLY  MOVE  FOR  MONTHS  AND  CERTAINLY  NOT  GO THE  GYM THEN CHRIS AND  I GAVE UP SMOKING  AND  FOUND THAT WE WERE  DRINKING  MORE AND  NIBBLING  BUT  NOW  I WAS ABLE TO GO BACK TO THE GYM 
I WAS WORKING  OUT  FOR A  FEW HOURS A DAY  5  DAYS A WEEK AND  LOOKING  NORMAL  EVEN THOUGH  ID  GAINED A FEW  POUNDS   I WAS A  SIZE  10 
THEN THE  DREADED DAY  HAPPENED  I HAD A CAR CRASH AND  THAT  PUT ME  IN A  PLACE  I DID NOT WANT TO BEE  ID  HURT  MY  BACK ARM AND  NECK AND  SHOULDER  AND  HAVE SPENT  2 YEARS HAVING TREATMENTS AND  BUCKET LOADS OF  PAIN KILLERS
 SO  THATS HOW  I GAIN SOME MORE  LBS AND  I COULDN'T  EXERCISE TO REMOVE IT  DUE TO PAIN ECT 
BUT  NOW  IM ON THE   WAT TO RECOVERY  AND  THE  PAIN HAS BEEN CONTROLLED AD  MY  BACK IS GETTING BETTER  I CAN WORK  OUT AGAIN SO THATS WHERE  I WAS BEFORE  I WENT  ON THE  DUKAN DIET 

 I WAS  WORKING  OUT  5  DAYS A WEEK  BUT  AND A SIZE 12  AND  NEEDED A  KICK  
THE  DUKAN DIET  HAS WORKED  IM NOW A SIZE 10  BUT STILL A FEW  POUNDS AWAY  FROM  MY  TARGET IVE ALSO GOT  SOME  MODELLING  JOBS LINED UP  
AND  MY  AGENCY  HAS  BEEN UPDATED 
SO  THINGS ARE STARTING TO LOOK UP FOR ME  ALTHOUGH  I CANT  GO MAD   

DEBRA =  9 ST 7  LB  EQUALS    -   2 OZ LOST  !!!! DAY 56        TOTAL  =  24  lbs
