AS FOR  THE  DIET  CHIRS  HAD  PUT  ON A 1 LB OVER THE  LAST  FEW  DAYS  BUT  HES  PLEASE TO  DAY  AS  IT  HAS  NOW  LOST THE  WEIGHT AGAIN
AS WE  HAVE SAID  BEFORE  THE  BODY  IS  TRYING TO  COLLECT AS  MUCH  AS IT  CAN FROM ANY  FOOD  YOU  PUT  INTO IT   THEN  IT  STABILISES  AND  EVENS  OUT
BUT WITH  CHRIS  THIS  SEEMS TO BE A  REGULARLY  OCCURRENCE 
ME  ITS  A  VERY  VERY  SLOW   WEIGHT  LOSS  OR  EVEN OUT
