HE IS KEEPING GOING  SO HE CAN DROP A FEW MORE POUNDS  LOWER


IM STILL STRUGGLING TO GET THE  EXERCISE IN THIS WEEK  ONLY JUST STARTED TO SKAE THIS TIREDNESS OFF IVE BEEN FEELING SINCE THE FLU JAB
