DUKAN CRUISE DAY 59 DUKAN DIET DAY 69 ITS SUBLIME

WE ARE  GETTTING  EVER CLOSER TO OUR  GOAL
EVERY  DAY  IS A  LITTLE STEP FURTHER
THIS DIET  HAS  BEEN QUIT AN EYE OPENER
YOU ASSESS YOU  WAY  OF  LIFE AND  CHANGE TO INCLUDE WALKING ECT
AS IVE SAID BEFORE  IVE  NEVER  BEEN ON A DIET  BEFORE  AND  I HAD  NO NEED TO  I WAS A HEALTHY  EATER AND  A GYM   GIRL  NOT  JUST  AEROBICS  BUT  I LOVED THE  WEIGHTS  AS I FELT   IT GAVE YOU  MORE TONE
SO YOU  CAN IMAGINE HOW  I FELT  AFTER THE  ACCIDENT  WHEN  I WASNT ABLE TO GO TO THE GYM AND  WALKING  WAS  RESTRICTED TO 10 MINS
MY  BACK IS NOT  FULLY HEALED AND  WILL STILL NEED TREATMENT  IN THE FUTURE  BUT   IM NOW ABLE TO  DO MORE  AND AM NOT  RESTRICTED ANY MORE  PHYSIO HAS  BEEN REPLACE WITH  NORMAL WORKOUTS


WE ALL WANT TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY OURELVES IN THE PARTY SEASON SO WE ARE BETTER TO MAKE THE EFFORT NOW  RATHER THAN BE TOO LATE   AT LEAST WE  CAN SAY WE TREID
OUR AIM NOW IS FOR CONSOLIDATION SO  HOPEFULLY  IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS IT WILL BE DEPENDING  ON WEIGHT LOSS


TODAY WE BACK ON PV DAY  AS  WE HAD DONE A QUICK PP FEW DAYS TO KICK START THE WEIGHT LOSS AND IT WORKED

MY SON TOBIAS  IS OFF TO SCOUT CAMP  FOR THE WEEKEND  GREAT FUN 
 ALSO THEY ALL WENT TO AUSTRIA IN AUGUST FOR 2 WEEKS HADA FANTASTIC TIME   SO MANY SPORTY THINGS TO DO LIKE WHITE WATER RAFTING  HE LOVED IT 
ALSO STOPS  HIM HANGING AROUND  STREETS AND  GIVES  HIME A GREAT STANDING FOR HIS FUTURE


 SO CHRIS AND  I HAVE  TIME TO RELAX  
BUT  NO BONFIRE   WE NORMALY   DO CHRIS  LIKES TO BUY HUGE ONE S  BUT WE  HAVE CUT  BACK AS THE  COSTS ARE  HUMUNGUS  
CHRIS  IS ALSO HAVING HIS TATTO WORKED  ON   THIS WEEKEND  











 IVE GOT MY  EYE  ON A BREAD MAKER  
AND  GOING TO MAKE  HOME MADE BREAD TO EAT RATHER THAN SHOP BOUGHT  AS  I THINK ITS BETTER 
THIS IS THE  ONE  IM THINKING  OF  BUYING 
BREAD MAKER
