DUKAN DEBZ CONSOLIDATION DAY2 CHRIS CRUISE DAY 70 DUKAN DIET DAY 80

DAY 2 FOR ME  ON CRUISE
AND  THIS MORNING FELT  EXCITING AND  STRANGE WITH  THE  PROSPECT  OF BREAD AND CHEESE FRUIT ECT
FEELS A LITTLE  STRANGE
SO THIS MORNING
I HAD  DUKAN PORRIDGE  WITH RASBERRIES
SERVED WITH A SMILE
ONLY  HAD A FEW  RASPBERRIES  WANT TO START
SLOWLY  BUT  HAVING THE  3  TBLE SPOON  OF  AOT  BRAN  MAKE  A DIFFERENCE

IT WAS SO DELIGHTFUL
HOPEFULLY  THE  FRUIT  WIILL HELP WITH THE  CONSTIPATION  IVE BEEN FEELING FOR A FEW DAYS
DOESNT  HELP WITH THE  TABLETS  I TAKE  FOR PAIN

THIS MORNING WAS A LIBERATING  FEELING
LETS  HOPE THIS  CONTINUES
I TWEETED THE  SMILE  

GLAD  IM NOT  IN THE  JUNGLE @IMACELEBRITY DOING A BUSH TUKER TRAIL
MAKES ME  GAG  WATCHING THEM  IF  IM NOT WETTING MYSELF LAUGHING
MANGED A BIT  OF WORK THIS MORNING
THEN CAME  LUNCH TIME  IT WAS LATER THAN NORMAL  AS  I REALY  DIDDNT  FEEL THAT  HUNGRY
BUT  I MADE A SANDWICH  OF  HOME  BAKED  BREAD  AND  1.5 OZ CHEESE  WITH A BIT  OF  SPRING  ONION THROWN ON
THE  BREAD WAS SO TASTY  I COULD  OF JUST  ATE THE  BREAD
I  WEIGHED THE  CHEESE  AND   A FINE  SCRAPING  OF  BUTTER
GUESS WHAT ? I COULDN'T  EAT IT   IT ALL SO  IVE WRAPPED  THE  REST UP  INCASE  I FEEL HUNRGY THIS EVENING  I WILL HAVE  IT  WITH A DRINK OF  FRUIT  TEA

ABOUT TO GO WALKING 
 CONCLUSIONS SO FAR  I THINK THIS  DIET  IS  BRILLIANT  IT  WORKS  EXPECIALLY  IF YOU STICK TO THE  RULES LETS HOPE  IT STAYS THIS WAY !
