CHRIS AND I HAVE REALY BEEN STRICT WITH OURSELVES WITH THE NO PAIN NO GAIN S WAY ABOUT IT
SO LOOKING BACK SO FAR WE HAVE PHASE ONE THE ATTACK WE BOTH DID A 10 DAY ATTACK TO KICK START US ON OUR WAS
CHRIS AND I WERE ALWAYS FIT AND A ROLLER COASTER OF THINGS HAPPENED AND WE GAINED WEIGHT
SO WE MADE THIS DECISION
THE CRUISE PHASE WAS A LITTLE HARDER AND MUST SAY QUITE TEDIOUS
ITS HARD TO KEEP UP WITH THE PROTEIN DAYS AND FIND INVENTIVE THINGS TO COOK SO WHEN WE HIT THE TARGET WE WERE VERY PLEASED
SO HERE WE ARE ON CONSOLIDATION WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER A MONTH AND WE ARE DETERMINED NOT TO BREAK THIS CYCLE AS WE DONT WANT TO BE BACK ON THE FIRST TO PHASES EVER AGAIN AND THIS HAPPENS TO BE A VERY LARGE PART OF THE INCENTIVE
