ITS  THAT  TIME  OF THE  WEEK AGAIN
I KNOW ITS  MONDAY  BUT  NOT  ONLY  IS  IT  MONDAY  ITS  PURE  PROTEIN DAY
ALWAYS A MONDAY! THAT HOW WE WORKED IT  OUT  BUT WHEN MONDAY  COMES  I DON'T WANT TO DO IT  !!!

WEIGHT GAIN
SOME  PEOPLE  HAVE AN EFFECT  OF WEIGHT  GAIN  ON THE  DIET
 EVEN  IF THEY ARE  NOT EATING ANYTHING EXTRA


SOME  OF THE  REASONS  ARE HERE

  1. WATER RETENTION
  2. TOO MUCH SALT INTAKE
  3. MONTHLY  HORMONES  
  4. BODY'S  REACTION ( THIS  IS WHEN THE  BODY  USES  ALL OF  IT  RESOURCES TO TRY AND GAIN AS  MUCH  FORM YOU INTAKE  IT NORMALLY DO 
  5. FLUCTUATIONS ( THAT  IS A YOU ARE  ALLOWED 2LB A DAY FOR FLUCTUATIONS EITHER  WAY 
  6. WEIGH IN AT THE  SAME TIME  EVERY DAY  
  7. FINALLY ARE YOU SURE YOU  HAVE  NOT BROKEN THE RULES IN ANY WAY EVEN THE SMALLEST CAN HAVE A DRAMATIC EFFECT      

IF THIS IS HAPPENING DO NOT  PANIC  IT  WILL SETTLE

ALSO  YOU  CAN HAVE A STAGNATION ,THIS IS WHEN  YOUR WEIGH  DOES NOT  MOVE AT ALL DESPITE  EVERYTHING YOU DO
FOR THIS  YOU  CAN

WALK A LITTLE  MORE  
DRINK MORE WATER TO FLUSH YOUR  SYSTEMS

IF YOU STAGNATE FOR A WEEK OR  MORE  YOU  CAN DO ANOTHER 2 DAY ATTACK



WELL GIRLS AND  GUYS  THIS DIET DOES WORK
I HAVE THE  EVIDENCE  I AM THE  EVIDENCE KNOW  IT  WORKS  ITS WORKED FOR ME


TODAY  MANAGED TO PAINT MY TOE NAILS AND  STRAIGHTEN MY  HAIR TODAY!

BIT  OF  A BRAIN ACHE  WITH  HTML CODES
BUT  NO PAIN NO GAIN



TODAY
BREAKFAST  DUKAN  PORRIDGE
LUNCH CRAB STICKS
DINNER SALMON AND  TROUT
 DRANK LOADS  OF  HERB TEAS

WE  HAD A CELEBRATION SUNDAY

SO TODAY'S WEIGH IN SURPRISE

        CHRIS  =  10St  12 LBS  EQUALS     -1 LBS  DAY 146    =  TOTAL  39 LB

  1. Thanks for posting that Debra. One meal will not make you gain 2 lbs of fat so it is always probably one of the reasons you posted. This diet sure does work I have not been this weight since I don't know when. Probably high school. Ian 51 years old and people say you need to carry more weight as you get older. I don't agree keep toning up and you can look as good as you ever did.

    Im so happy you are doing so well on this diet , how long have you been doing the diet ,have you lost much weight
    This really does work as long as you try and stick to the rules
