DEBZ DUKAN CONSOLIDATION DAY 78 CHRIS CONSOLIDATION DAY 68 DUKAN DIET DAY 158

PURE  PROTEIN MONDAY!
HERE WE ARE AGAIN  PROTEIN  MONDAY THAT WEEK WENT  QUICK

YESTERDAY WE HAD  CELEBRATION  TEAK AND  CHIPS AND CREAM CAKES 
SO NICE  TODAY WE ARE  BACK TO  PURE  PROTEIN

BEEN FEELING A BIT YUK THE LAST  FEW DAY SINUS PAIN GENERALLY  FEEL AWFUL
APPOINTMENT  WITH THE  DOCTORS THIS MORNING  I CAME HOME WITH  ANTIBIOTICS 
GIVE ME A FEW  DAYS AND I WILL BE FINE

 SO HOPE FULLY  AFTER A  RUBBISH START TO THE  WEEK  IT  SHOULD  BE  OK 

GOT A MODELLING SHOOT NEXT WEEK AT A NEW STUDIO  LOOKING FORWARD TO IT  MEET SOME NEW  PEEPS ETC BUT  ITS  NOT A GLAMOROUS  JOB 
THIS WEEK  WILL BE SPENT   TONING   AND  TANNING IF  I FEEL OK  
 
 TODAY  HAS BEEN A MIXED  BAG
 ALONG WITH ANTIBIOTICS  IM COOKING  BREAD THAT SMELLS SO NICE  BUT  I CANT  HAVE ANY  TILL TOMORROW 

FOOD TODAY  I HAD
  DUKAN BREAKFAST  PORRIDGE
LUNCH  STEAK SLICES  AND A  MUFFIN
DINNER WHOLE SEA  BASS


Protein Day

Last but not least: 1 day of pure protein (PP) a week. That is the guarantee you will not gain weight. On this one day, you can only eat the foods allowed in the Attack phase.
It's just one more effort, that goes a long way, to support your new, healthy weight. It's best to chose a DAY as it's usually the least busy day,  WE CHOOSE MONDAY  AS ITS AFTER A CELEBRATION DAY AND FIRST DAY  OF WEEK
