MONDAY  MONDAY  

PURE  PROTEIN DAY MONDAYS ARE  SIMPLY A BORE BUT RATHER NECESSARY
 ITS THAT  DAY  INSTEAD  OF A THURSDAY  FOR  PP DAY  ON CONSOLIDATION
 OUR  CONSOLIDATION WEEK GOES LIKE THIS  

CONSOLIDATION 
MONDAY     = PURE  PROTEIN ( PP)
TUESDAY    =  PROTEIN  VEGETABLE (PV+C)   + CARBS
WEDS            =  PROTEIN VEGETABLE ( PV)
THURSDAY = PROTEIN   VEGETABLE (PV+C) + CARBS
FRIDAY        = CELEBRATION DAY  (C)
SATURDAY = PROTEIN  VEGETABLE  DAY (PV)
SUNDAY      = CELEBRATION DAY  (C)


THE  FIRST  HALF OF THE  CONSOLIDATION PERIOD  ON THE  CARBS DAYS WE  DIDN'T  HAVE  POTATOES   WE  HAVE  ONLY  INTRODUCED THEM SLOWLY  IN THE  SECOND HALF  OF THIS  PHASE  

 PHASE  ONE  ATTACK 

WE STARTED  WITH  A  10 DAY  ATTACK 

PHASE TWO  CRUISE 
WE  DID  ALTERNATE  DAYS OF    PP  AND  PV  


THIS  MORNING  WOKE  UP WITH  GUNS  BLAZING  
 WORKED  OUT  HARD  
10  MINS  OF  BIGGEST  LOOSER 
20 MINS  OF  EXER BEAT  BOXERCISE 
15  MINS  CARDIO BOXING  WITH  MY  FITNESS COACH  
10 MINS  OF  TAE BO 
AND SOME  ABB CRUNCHES 


PROBLEM AREA  IS  MY  BUM AND MY THIGHS  HAD MUSCLY  LEGS WHICH TURNED TO FAT  WHEN  I HAD THE  ACCIDENT  AND  TOPS OF ARMS 

SO SHALL BE ADDRESSING THESES   IN THE  FITNESS WORK OUT S




EASY  IF YOU TRY  IF  ONLY  IT WAS THAT  EASY  TIME  IS AT THE  ESSENCE  
WORK  AND  WORKOUTS  NEED TO MINGLE   
BUT YOU MUST  MAKE TIME  EVEN  IF  ITS  WATCHING TV  USE  DUMB BELLS ETC

TOMORROW  I WONT BE ABLE TO WORK OUT  IN THE  MORNING  AS  I HAVE A  HOSPITAL APPOINTMENT  TO SEE HOW  MY  BACK IS DOING AFTER THE  LAST  OP 6 WEEKS AGO 
 DAMN THIS  CAR  ACCIDENT  HAS  RUINED MY  LIFE   TAKEN  OVER  MY  TIME AND  ENERGY  ALTHOUGH  I'M GETTING BACK TO NORMAL  I'M STILL  DOWNING  MANY  PAIN KILLERS AND  MUSCLE  RELAXANTS  AND  OTHERS ETC   AND  THESES NEED TO GO  

 SOME TIMES  IT MAKES ME  WANT TO CRY  
I WAS A PERFECTLY  HAPPY  DRIVING  AROUND BACK AND  FOURTH TO THE  GYM  EVERY  DAY, WORKING  ON MY BUSINESS'S  AND MODELLING  

TO NOT  BEING ABLE TO DRIVE FAR  DUE TO PAIN  AND  TOO MUCH MEDICATION TO KILL THE  PAIN MAKES ME  STUPID  AND  NOT ABLE TO DRIVE   NOT  BEING ABLE  TO WORK HARD AT THE  GYM   NOT BEING ABLE TO  WORKK FOR  LONG PERIODS  BEFORE  MY  BACK HURTS   

NOW  IVE MANGED TO START MODELLING  REGAINED CONTROL  OF MY  WEIGHT THANKS TO THE  DUKAN DIET 
MANGED TO REACHES MY  BUSINESS'S AND  HAVE GAINED CONTROL AGAIN 
 BUT  THIS  IS ALWAYS  PUT  BACK  WHEN  I HAVE TO  HAVE THE  SPINAL INJECTIONS  MAKE  ME  NOT  BE ABLE  TO DO ANYTHING FOR A FEW WEEKS ETC  DUE TO PAIN WORSENS  BEFORE  IMPROVEMENT  

 SO My GOAL THIS YEAR  IS TO BE DOWN  ON MEDICATION AND BE A WHOLE LOT  FITTER

DRIVING  HAS  GOT  BETTER  AND  I'M LESS ANXIOUS  WHEN  I DRIVE NOW  AND  DRIVING A SMALLER  CAR   MY  AIM IS TO BE DRIVING THE  SPORTS CARS  BY  THE  END  OF THE  YEAR   SO  ALWAYS A GOAL TO BE  HAD  AND  A POSITIVE MIND 

 WEIGH  IN AFTER  CELEBRATION DAY 

(chris  was a lot  due to  him weighing him self at a different  time  yesterday  !)
