THURSDAY ALREADY THIS WEEK HAS FLOWN BY,
APART FROM ME BEING A LAZY GIRL AND SPENDING MOST OF IT ON THE SOFA WATCHING CLASSIC TECHNICOLOR MOVIES .
WELL WHEN YOUR NOT WELL THERE NO MUCH ELSE TO DO .
THE ONLY PROBLEM IS I'M ON A DUKAN DIET1
SO THAT MEANS NO SCOOBY SNACKS
NO SWEETS CRISPS OR POPCORN
JUST FRUIT OR DUKAN BISCUITS
AND A HERB TEA.
NOT MUCH EXERCISE THIS WEEK EITHER, NOT EVEN BEEN FOR A WALK
NORMALLY CHRIS AND I ARE VERY STRICT WITH OUR ACTIVE WALKING. BUT WITH ME NOT WELL ITS TOO DODGY FOR HIM TO WALK ALONE AND ALSO HES TOO TIRED AFTER WORKING ALL DAY THEN RUNNING AROUND AFTER ME WHEN HE GET HOME.

STONES AND CHOPPED THEM IN TO CHUNKS THEN PLACED THEM IN A POT WITH ENOUGH WATER TO COVER THE FRUIT,
THEN SIMMER ON A LOW HEAT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS THEN ADD TWO WET GELATIN LEAVES AND MIX IN ADD SLENDER SUGAR TO TASTE!
LEAVE IN THE FRIDGE IT SETS BEAUTIFULLY.
ITS HEALTHY AND NOT FULL OF THE ADDITIVES THE OTHER JAM IN THE SUPERMARKET S .
GREAT ON A PIECE OF TOAST OR A BIT IN YOUR DUKAN PORRIDGE SIMPLY DEVINE AND HITS ALL YOUR SUGAR RECEPTORS
SO GIVE IT AGO HEALTHY JAM ALL YOU NEED IS FRUIT A BIT OF GELATIN AND SUGAR SUBSTITUTE.
