NICE THAT ONE OF US WASN'T DOING ANYTHING THIS MORNING DUKAN BREAKFAST

DUKAN PORRIDGE FOR ME AND YOGURTS AND OAT BRAN FOR CHRIS
BOTH HAD A SLICE OF HOME BAKED BREAD TOASTED WITH OUR HOMEMADE DUKAN PLUM AND APRICOT JAM
AS I HAD BEEN ILL ALL WEEK WE HAD NOT GONE FOR OUR NORMAL WALK SO THIS MORNING WE DECIDED TO DUKAN WALK
FREEZING OUT SIDE WE WRAPPED UP WARM AND OFF WE SET
WE STOPPED BY A SUPERMARKET TO COLLECT SOME RAW CHOCOLATE FOR TOMORROWS CELEBRATION PUDDING
SO CHRIS HAS WEIGHT TO CARRY AS WELL
AND THIS AFTERNOON ITS SNOWED
HOPING IT
DOESN'T GET TOO BAD I HAVE STUDIO BOOKED TOMORROW
WHEN WE GOT HOME WE DECIDED TO PREPARE TOMORROWS PUDDING
CHOCOLATE PAVE WITH A BISCUIT BASE
