AND  HERE WE  ARE  BACK TO  MONDAY THE  GOOD  OLD  PURE  PROTEIN DAY
 THE  DAY WHAT  KICKS YOU  BACK IN TO ACTION FOR THE  REST  OF YOUR  LIFE

THIS  MORNING  WAS SO  TIRED  BUT  I GOT UP AND WORKED  OUT
 DID  20 MINS  BIGGEST LOOSER
30 MIN CIRCLE  GLIDE  CARDIO
AND  10 MINS   CIRCLE  GLIDE TONE

THEN MY  TUBE ROLLER  CAME  THE  ONE  I HAD  ORDERED   BY DEMAND  FORM THE  CHIROPRACTOR
SO LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING THIS   LOOKS  A  BIT  AWFUL BUT  I HURT  LESS AFTER   HOW WEIRD

BY THIS TIME  IT  WAS LATE  MORNING   JUST ABOUT TO START  WORK WHEN  I HAD  VISITORS
 AND  YES I DO LIKE  VISITORS  BUT  I  LIKE TO KNOW WHEN THEY  ARE COMING
SO THAT  TOO A FEW  HOURS OUT  OF MY  DAY

BREAKFAST  WAS DUKAN PORRIDGE
LUNCH  HAM
DINNER  FISH

WEIGHT TODAY MADE ME  HAPPY
