ITS  BEEN 2  WEEKS SINCE  CHRIS  HAS JOINED  ME  ON THE  4TH STAGE  OF THE  DUKAN DIET  


WELL WE  ARE DOING  OK WE  STILL ARE  THE  SAME WEIGHT  OUR  PROTIEN  MONDAYS ALWAYS  KICK US  BACK TO OUR  WEIGHT 

ALL WE NEED NOW  IS  SOME  MORE TONING 

MY  SELF  IVE  HAD SOME  PROBLEMS  WITH  MY  BACK AND  NOW WAITNG  ON  MY  RESULTS OF MY  SPECT CT SCAN A 3  D  IMAGE  WITH  LAYERS  

ITS  BEEN NICE  BEING ABLE TO EAT  IN MODERATION AGAIN  
 BUT  WE ARE STILL HAVE SOME  CARB FREE DAYS  ECT  AND SOMETIMES RETHINK   WHAT  WE ARE GOING TO EAT TO AVOID  PITFALLS 

  YOUM  DO  HAVE TO EARN YOUR  HEALTHY  BODY  


WE WENT AWAY FOR A  BREAK THIS WEEKEND  STAYED  HERE
WHICH WAS RATHER  LOVELY  EN SUITE JACUZZI  ECT


HERE  I AM  TRYING TO BE A STATUE
