DUKAN DIET DEBZ STABILISATION 29 CHRIS CONSOLIDATION DAY 162

UP EARLY  TODAY  
TOBIAS  HAD  HIS  FIST  RIDDING  LESSON 

WELL CALL IT A LESSON  HE  WAS  PUT  ON AND  HORSE  TAKEN OUT  OF THE  RIDDING SCHOOL AND  LEAD AROUND THE  STREETS  FOR  3/4  HOUR   RATHER  WEIRD  WE THOUGH  NO RULES NO SAFETY  CHECKS ECT  
WE  CHRIS AND  I GOT OUR  WALK  IN  AS WELL

ANY HOW  BACK HOME IT  WAS THEN  OFF TO THE ALLOTMENT CHRIS  DUG  OVER THE  REMAINING AREA  SO HE  COULD  PLANT  I  EAGERLY  SAT  DOWN AND DID  NOTHING AS  USUAL AS  I COULDN'T  DUE TO MY  BACK 
 THEN  IT  RAINED  

SO WE FINISHED  OFF   AND WENT  HOME  
 SPENT THE  REST  OF THE  DAY  WATCHING FILMS 

CHRIS  IS  OFF HORSE RIDING  IN THE  MORNING   SO  A LAZY  MORNING IN FOR ME   
THEN  IF THE  WEATHER  IS  OK WE  WILL GO PLANT  SOME  POTATOES  MAYBE 

BREAKFAST  
 DUKAN CEREAL 
 LUNCH   FALAFEL AND  SALAD 
 DUKAN BISCUITS 
DINNER  SPAGHETTI  BOLOGNESE

Oat bran’s second virtue is its viscosity, which allows it, like a Venus fly-trap, to latch onto everything it comes into contact with (mainly fat and waste by-products), which then gets whisked away and flushed out of our systems with stools.

Oat bran 50%, sweetener: maltitol syrup, protein puffs (soy protein isolate, tapioca starch, salt), stabiliser: glycerol, flax seed 2%, reduced-fat cocoa 2%, acacia fibre, cocoa extract, hazelnut flavouring, chocolate flavouring.
